Service Submissions: If you submit a service to our directory, we store the information you provide (name, description, category, contact details, onboarding steps).

On-Chain Data: Token deployments, trades, and fee transactions are recorded on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Process token deployments and fee management
• Maintain the service directory and bounty system
• Run the daily lottery and issue tickets
• Monitor platform security and prevent abuse
• Improve our services and user experience

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Blockchain Networks: Transaction data is submitted to the Base network and is publicly accessible
• Third-Party Services: We integrate with Clanker (token deployment), DexScreener and CoinGecko (price data), and Uniswap (liquidity)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law

CoLaunch does not use cookies for tracking. We may use minimal session cookies for functionality purposes only.

API usage logs are retained for 90 days. On-chain data is permanent by nature of blockchain technology. Service directory entries are retained until removed by the provider or our team.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Content Security Policy headers, rate limiting, and input validation. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your off-chain data by contacting us. On-chain data cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.
