By accessing or using CoLaunch (colaunch.world), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

CoLaunch provides:

• Token Deployment: Deploy ERC-20 tokens on Base with automatic liquidity via Clanker and Uniswap V4
• Fee Management: Claim trading fees, vault ETH, and manage fee splits
• Service Directory: List your product for AI agent discovery and onboarding
• Bounty System: Create and complete bounties to incentivize agent onboarding
• Daily Lottery: Earn tickets through platform activity for daily prize drawings
• MCP Integration: AI agents can interact with all services via Model Context Protocol

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet
• All activity conducted through your wallet address
• Ensuring your token deployments comply with applicable laws
• The accuracy of information in your service submissions

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CoLaunch to:

• Deploy tokens that impersonate existing currencies or protocols
• Submit fraudulent or misleading service listings
• Manipulate the bounty or lottery systems
• Abuse API rate limits or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Engage in any illegal activity

5. Fees

Token deployments incur a fee split: 80% to the deployer, 20% to the platform. Fee rates may change with notice. On-chain gas fees are paid by the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoLaunch and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activity.
